I'm running a multi-disk setup with 1 SSD as my C drive, another SSD for Temp and Scratch (in different partitions on the same SSD), and a RAID 5 array of hard drives for the actual image files. The installation is on a machine dedicated to Photoshop whose system info is included below. I've rebooted multiple times and tried reinstalling from the upgrade disk, but the problem persists. Photoshop CS6 itself appears to be working fine, but both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Bridge CS6 crash on startup with the standard Windows popup ("Adobe Bridge CS6 has stopped working. Yesterday I upgraded to Photoshop CS6 using an install disk mailed from Adobe.
